Does anyone know how to reset the default number assigned to a Forms Check Box? I have a spreadsheet where it is assigning numbers from 152500 and up. The check box does not work properly when linked to a cell. I have a macro that sets the value of the cell to FALSE when the sheet is opened, but the check box is not changed. I also have a check box on another worksheet that is linked to the same cell and unchecking/checking the one does not affect the other check box.

I have been using this functionality for years in this spreadsheet and it worked fine. As we made copies/changes to the spreadsheet the number apparently incremented to a value that causes problems.

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
I should mention that this is with Excel 2003 and that the spreadsheet contains hundreds of pictures.
