I would like to be able to now edit Via a user form, entries which appear on the spreadsheet. This will try to ensure that it is easy to edit.

on the same user form could an Delete button easily be added, where when click it will delete the entry that has been selected in the ListBox
How do i do the delete function?
please advise

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
John

Could you please continue in the original thread?

If you answer the questions I asked there I'm sure we could help.
