Delete multiple names in column of W'sheet

Hi

Below is Column A of a Worksheet of 5 columns. I'd like a Macro that will delete all multiple names (plus all date in the appropriate rows) and leave one row intact with all relevant date to the right of it (to keep the top row and delete all the rest). Of course, any rows where there is no multiple name should remain.

Remove duplicates (in data tools group) should solve this.
