Delete rows using Macro

Hi,

I want to delete the rows if in "Column L" value is "Yes".

Please advice. Thanks
 
Also, I am a hands on type guy, so it may be beneficial to not just read the scenarios found on the site, but it may be helpful to go ahead and try to reenact the scenario on some of them... Most of the examples we give are farily simple. Then after you have reenacted the example, don't be afraid to scrap something and try other things within that example. This way you are finding out what each step does.
