Deleted Pivot Cache Warning

Hello all, we have a workbook with a large data table that has a pivot based on that table. We delete the sheet containing the data set to reduce the size of the file since the pivot has it in cache. In office 360 (I dont recall it previously happening, but maybe it did), upon opening the file, users get a "cannot open pivot table source file warning/error". Everything works, but id like to eliminate that error. Anything that can be done within the file, beyond changing external links settings in every users instance of Excel?

The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
