Deleting a Named Range

I know this is a quickie - but I can't get the syntax correct.

I have a named range "HeaderRow" being created by my code.
What code deletes this named range ?

The name is not on the current sheet by the way, but is in the workbook.

Names("HeaderRow").Delete

    ActiveWorkbook.Names("HeaderRow").Delete
