Hi there excel wizards;

I have created a table within an excel worksheet and got right to very end of it, however there is now another smaller table that appears to be trapped within a cell on the worksheet. I am unable to delete it - even if I delete the row and shift cells up the table just re-occurs?!? this is not the most technical description of a problem on this forum - I don't really have much knowledge with regards to cosmetic displays or advanced formatting tools in excel so I am really trumped. If only I could write a formula to make it go away lol

Any help on this would be massively appreciated.

thank you in advance,

James
