Deleting Blank Rows

I have deleted some populated rows at the end of a worksheet. How do I delete the blank rows at the end of the worksheet so that when I press Ctrl + End it goes to the last populated row rather than the original last row prior to deleting the records?
 

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
