I need help in writing code to delete non-text items i.e values that do not have formulas

I have listed an axample below

Column A Column B
Net Profit Achieved Month 1,602, 505 (no Formula)
Net Profit Achieved After Comm 1,566,510 (Formula)
Net Profit Achieved YTD Before Comms 16,201,718 (Formula

Only the value in column B to be cleared as it does not contain a formula. The text must remain intact, only values where there is no formulac must be cleared.

Your assistance will be most appreciated

Howard
