Deleting numerous material lines repeated various times easily

I would like to know if there is an easy way to delete numerous material lines repeated various times easily in a spreadsheet? Rather than going through and manually deleting the lines as i have nearly 10,000.

Please help?

you can turn on the AUTOFILTER and filter the appropriate column for the value you're searching. Then delete all the rows left visible at once, or all but one, whatever. Then repeat with your next search value. This should make quick work of it.

If your value from A1, insert an extra column B with this formula at B2:

=IF(COUNTIF($A$1:A2,A2)>1,1,"")

Turn Auto Filter on, choose "1", and delete rows.
