Deleting row if the cell in the column is contain a certain text

Suppose I have data in column C, and I want to delete any row if the cell in column C contain text "apple", how to write the code in vba. Second, how if I want to delete "apple" and "orange" in the same column C at once using vba ?

Here are two examples. One for cells that equal those values and the second for any that contain them...

Dim LstRw As Long
LstRw = Cells(Rows.Count, "C").End(xlUp).Row

Range("C1:C" & LstRw).AutoFilter Field:=1, _
    Criteria1:="=apple", Operator:=xlOr, Criteria2:="=orange"
    
Range("C2:C" & LstRw).SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible).EntireRow.Delete
    
ActiveSheet.AutoFilterMode = False

and....

Dim LstRw As Long
LstRw = Cells(Rows.Count, "C").End(xlUp).Row

Range("C1:C" & LstRw).AutoFilter Field:=1, Criteria1:="=*apple*", Operator:=xlOr, _
        Criteria2:="=*orange*"
    
Range("C2:C" & LstRw).SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible).EntireRow.Delete
    
ActiveSheet.AutoFilterMode = False
