Dependent drop down list with too much data to label

I have been reading up on the different methods of creating dependent lists and was looking at using the indirect command for a validation list, but I have 150 choices in the first box and each choice has a combination of
2-20 values, making the labeling method very time intensive to use. How could I create a combo box that would allow me to have the dependency without having to reformat all of my data?

Here's what I am talking about (on a different sheet I have three lists and the three categories, cargo, origin and destination):

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Hello, Catalina524
Welcome to the Board !!!!!

this is rather confusing to my sense
can you clarify what you want to do exactly ?

please provide an example, telling us
where do you want to fill in your data ?
where is the "mainlist" ?
where are the "sublists" ?
how do you want to proceed ?

please keep it simple, don't try to solve your entire situation at once, but start with some little lists to test ...

kind regards,
Erik

Sorry for the confusion. I basically have three drop down lists that I am using the validation function on: Cargo, destination, and origin. Right now, the user can chose any cargo and any combo of destination and origin locations, but, in reality, they should not be able to choose certain locations when they select a cargo. That is the list I included in my previous post- the actual combinations of carg/destination/origin. So, what I need is for excel to limit the choices in the drop down depending on the what cargo is chosen. My problem is that there are a lot of potential combinations.

Thanks for helping ; )
