Detail not showing in my Calculate..sum..previousyear dax calculation.

Here is my PrevYear expression.
=CALCULATE(sum('Accufund with Names'[Net]),PREVIOUSYEAR('Accufund with Names'[Date]),ALL('DateTable'[Year]))

The problem I'm having is that the total for the Maintenance & Repair-Parts accountname is not showing for the PrevYear column because there is no value in the 2013 column. The amount is included in the subtotal though. I've include the 2012 column to show what is missing. I'm sure this is an error in my understanding of how this calculation should work but any direction would be appreciated.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
