Determine occurrence position in an array?

I wasn't sure how to title this. This is for my NFL fantasy draft spreadsheet. I have a sheet that shows in order who has been drafted and what their position is. What I'd like to be able to do at a glance is see where a drafted person comes in order of the position. In other words, when someone drafts DJ Moore, what numbered receiver was he? The first? Tenth? Hundredth.

Here's an example. The "Occurrence" column is what I'm trying to get to.

I have Office Professional Plus 2016, so hopefully it can be done with a newer version of Excel.

Thanks so much! I've used COUNTIF a lot, but hadn't considered locking the first value and letting the search criteria grow like that. This will help me a TON!!!
