Develop Procedure to Load Lookin: Values rather than Formula

I would like some help in writing a Sub to change the default value in the Find Replace dialog box to Values, rather than Formulas.

Anyone interested?

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
an EXAMPLE code (to be modified for you)
Cells.Find(what:=11, LookIn:=xlValues, after:=Range("a1")).Activate
