Difference in Hours

Hello All,

i m maintaining a sheet where i keep a record of Mail send and reply received
now i need the difference between mails sent and reply received but i need the result in hours.

Suppose i sent a mail at 5/18/2011 22:55 and i receive reply from customer at 5/19/2011 22:55 so its 24 hrs time.

I need the formula to keep this in a excel sheet as some time i get reply even after 3 days or so.
