Is it possible to use the Dir function to get a list of all files in the root folder as well as the files in any subfolders below the root folder?

too late to Edit my previous post..

Edit: I just tried it here with a few scenarios.. (without Option Compare Text)

1. Filename is UPPERCASE... search criteria is lower case.. works fine.

2. Filename is lower case... search criteria is UPPER CASE.. works fine..

Are you sure that the issue is the case?

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Yeah you are correct, it does work fine just now ... I could swear I tried it before and it did not show me a file because of the case. Thanks for helping out and sorry for my stupid question ^^
