Disable content of excel

hi

I have a excel file. it has a password of modify to open. here I want that when I enter my modify password, content of excel should not show automatically. it shall be show all content after a password else excel should be show as plain sheet.

is this type of formula or security is there in excel.

I don't think so without seriously compromising the security - why would a user be able to enter their password to view, but not be allowed to see the content - why not just not give them the password?

of course but that file contain my all banking official and other important data. if someone open my file data should not be able to see all data without enter any password.
