display time of open & close file with date and day in title bar Excel

is there any procedure when open file should record time when open file and if save the file before close then should also record time save file before close and if close file without save then should just show open time with date and day in title bar .

Did you mean the title bar of a userform or somewhere on a sheet?

no on userform . just on title file EXCEL
