Hello everyone!

I am currently working on a tickler system at work. I work at a bank and am tracking the dates of the most recent tax return and financial statement we have received from our borrowers. My goal is to have the spreadsheet notify me when documents are older than 1 year.

Ex. I have a financial statement dated 11/13/12. I need something that tells me this date is one year old and I need to collect new information. I do not want this notice to disappear until I have received new information and updated the spreadsheet.

Same thing for tax returns except all 2012 tax returns will be outdated as of 4/15/14.

I currently have the cells filled out as follows...
A-Loan Officer, B-Borrower Name, C-Loan #, D-Tax ID #, E-Date of most recent Tax Return, F-Date of most recent Financial Statement.

Help would be appreciated. I am not that great in Excel other than simple formulas.

Thanks,
Michael M.
