I have a worksheet that has a row of averages (row 6) and below this row (row 8) I place current performance. Is there anyway I can create a formula that will place a "U" or an "O" (or a 1 or a 2) in row 10 based on whether the current performance is U(nder) or O(ver) the averages w/o there being an O/U column in the worksheet?
For example, B6 = 18.26, B8 = 15. Can I create a countifs formula at cell B10 that will show a "U" (based on 15 being UNDER 18.26)?
Thank you,
Tim
