Drag formula?

Hi,
I want to drag a formula (copy from one cell to other cells), but every time I do it also copys formatting for the cell (border formatting). I don't want it to copy border formatting is there a way to avoid this?

Instead of drag and drop, used Copy then Paste Special|All except borders.

Have you tried Paste Special? Copy the cell, then hi-lite the cells you want to copy it to, then right click and select Paste Special and select Formulas.

If I do copy and paste then I'll have to edit each formula for each cell which is what I was trying to avoid.

Never mind, I tried paste special with all the cells highlighted and it puts in the correct formula adjusting for each cell.

Have you tried it? When I do it the formulas change to maintain the relationship.
