Hi, I prepare a daily attendance report in excel from a attendance software. The report format is as follows

Sun Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun
WO WO P LT/P P P P WO

Is there a way I can get/draw circle to those cells with LT/P or A entries in it.

Hi,

Does this help you?

Code:
Sub prettyCicrlesEverywhere()
    Dim cell As Object
    Dim lRow As Integer

    lRow = Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row

    For Each cell In Range("A2:H" & lRow)
        If cell.Value = "LT/P" Then
            ActiveSheet.Shapes.AddShape msoShapeOval, cell.Left, cell.Top, cell.Height, cell.Height
        End If
    Next cell
End Sub
