Drop down list to show certain part of data

Hello,

I want to keep a drop down list in my excel sheet in which if i select an option named educational institutions, only the rows having educational institutes in it should appear and rest should not be visible.please help.

Can somebody even temme how to attach my excel sheet over here?

Have you tried using the Data Filter / AutoFilter functionality of Excel?

No i havent......dint know how to use that feature.....any way...I'll try doing that...Thanks for the reply.........
