Hi Everyone,

I create a spreadsheet with several drop down list (pulling from a second worksheet), but when I go to a new row, I the drop down list isn't available, so I recreate the drop down list by first selecting the entire column, but this causes blank rows when trying to print. Is there a way to format the new row using the previous row once data is entered in cell A1? using office 2010

Thanks,
Kevin

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Have you made it a table?

Tables have great features that when you enter information in a row or column around the table, the rest of the cells will inherit formulas and formatting like the adjacent cells.

From your INERT ribbon

Highlight your range

Click insert table.
