Drop Down Menu

I have 50 sites throughout the country with miscellaneous data for all of them. Each of my 50 sites is within 4 Regions. How do I create a drop down menu in which I can select one of the 4 regions and all of the stores that are within that region will be sorted and brought to the top for review?
