DROP DOWN OR VBA CODE ??

dear sir,
I have data entry sheet.
I have "E" raw has category name from E5:E2500 and sub-category "F" raw has from F5:F2500.
both category and sub-category has different - different name.
and category name is not fixed.

I want that if I double click in E5:E2500 than pop up of category name then I select from them.
category name in list do not repeat shown.

Please help with VBA code in E5: E2500 and F6:F2500

in my given example sheet, I want that , " if I double click in E29 then, automatic popup shown with option "KR", "STAFF", "COST".
then I select on of them and auto type in E29

Why do you need VBA code? You can use Data Validation Tools.


If you select Data from Ribbon

Then
Data Validation from Data Tools:

Select List from "Allow":

Type: KR, STAFF,COST
in SOURCE

Click OK:
