Dropdown autocolor

Hi everybody.

I am currently doing a spreadsheet with some listings, and at the end of each line, I wanted to make a dropdown box with the options "declined, accepted, pending". And based on what value is selected the line would be colored (accepted=green, declined=red, pending=no color).

Could anyone help me do this?
