Dropdown menu gone, WON'T COME BACK!?!?

Hello,

I do not know what happened but I was creating a completely separate formula in a completely separate area of my spreadsheet and suddenly my dropdown menu is gone and will not come back.

I tried hitting undo as far as I could and I even tried re-doing the process of setting of the dropdown, it acts like it succeeded but then there is no dropdown option.
