DSum function with table data and single date criteria

This formula returns #VALUE

=DSUM(WHData[#All],"# Phone / Email Orders",C3:C4)

C3 - Wk End
C4 - 3/16/2024

C4 gets value from drop- down whose formula is =INDIRECT("WHData[Wk End]")

Thanks in advance for helping me fix this. I'm 'thick' on some days.
