1) Training by Employee" tab: VLOOKUP of the employee's name from Employee List tab.

2) Employee List tab: Return column headers for all "X" in the employee's row.

3) Training List tab: Return all documents (column B) that have a matching "X" from the Employee List tab based on the Dept.

i.e., if Employee 1 has an "X" in column headers Dept1, Dept2, Dept3 (columns F:H) on Employee List tab, then return all documents (column B) from Training List tab that also have an "X" in column headers Dept1, Dept2, Dept3.

Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
