Dulicating A row but subtracting a value of the previous

I have a excel spreadsheet that i want to use to destribute books. My problem is that i can only fit 200 books in a boks. Now i want to print labels using word mailmurge document. How can i repeat a row if the value is larger than 200 to print a label stating "Box 1 of 2" and a "qty 200" and the new created row must state 2 of 2 qty 150 if the total qty was 350.

if cell D4 contains 350, then
E4=MOD(D4,200) & " of " & ROUND(D4/200+0.5,0) & " th box" will return
150 of 2 th box
