Dupilcates , remove & leave one of each only

Hello all , i know this has been mentioned before but am unable to locate on here . Hopefully a macro with some speed will do it .
These are six examples of 160,000 plus rows containing many duplicates , there could be only one of these or over 3000 .
At a guess there could be up too 10,000 different types .
I would like to end up with only one example of each .

----2100000--2YO SW Good
1000000-PQ-2YO sw-Good-11000--Rating 70 3YO SW&p-Heavy
30000-WFA-Dead-70000--OPN HCP-Slow
9000--Mdn-Good-20000-PQ-Mdn F&M-Dead
--6000--Mdn-Fast
8000--Rating 90-Good-7000--Rating 75-Slow

Are you looking to delete entire duplicate rows or cells?

My duplicate master addin available here should cope in reasonable time as the duplicate matching uses variant arrays

I've used ASAP Utilities to do what you're describing. I find them very helpful (and the price is right).

Yes , im looking to delete entire duplicate rows and leave only one of each different kind , data is in col A , will check your thread out now , thanks .
