Dynamic Combo Boxes - Pivot Tables

I have two dropdown combo boxes, that upon selection will determine the criteria to populate the Pivot Tables (on seperate tabs) which I have working. the first dropdown contains "Region" which might be West, East, etc...the next dropdown contains all of the states, however if they select West, I would only like the states in the West to appear, (ex: OR, WA, AZ etc) I currently have my regions and states on a seperate worksheet called 'codesheet', I have seen other posts, but do not really see a clear solution I don't mind using VBA...
