Hello,

I have a list of names under column A, B, and C. I would like to do the following;
1-Compare the names under columns A against B and I need excel to give me a list of all the names appearing under A, but not B, under column D, starting D2 down (since I have column headers A1 through F1). Since the list is too long, the discrepancies will be spread out, and I need them appearing right under the header under D1. Also, I need this action done dynamically. In other words, if the list of names changes under any of the columns, the filtered list under column D should automatically update.
2-Do the same action between A and C and B and C, and the results be shown under column E and F

Any help will be appreciated.

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
