I already excuse myself for the perhaps rather vague description but im certainly trying to be as precise as possible.
I ve come across this post which has already been quite helpful: https://www.mrexcel.com/...

Im currently trying to copy the results ("Profit" and "Loss") for each property on my "WWData" sheet onto an "Overview" Sheet.

Column A consists of varying amounts of expense and earning entries along with the results "Profit" and "Loss" for each listed property
Column B shows the corresponding numbers to each entry, i need the numbers right next to "Profit" and "Loss"
Column E only holds the property numbers (001-999). some property numbers may appear a second time right below since the entries in A and B re too numerous to fit onto one page

the "Overview" sheet displays all property numbers with the given "Profit" or "Loss" result next to it.
it would be amazing if there s a way to e.g. define dictionary entries in "WWData" for the Offset(, 1) of "Profit" and "Loss" within the ranges of a property number to the next while referencing said dictionary entry to the property number

any nudge into the right direction would be greatly appreciated ~

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
ok even if someone was fully intent on trying to help me out they'd probably not be quite sure wth im talking about,
so im adding a share link to an example file on box.com:
