Hi

I am trying to build a table to assist with generating engineering part descriptions. I have a list of potential Nouns and modifiers, size etc, but certain lists are only relevant to certain critera.

So for example, if someone selcts Adapter, as the first word in A2, then I want their next selection to be from a pre-determined list relevant to the word adapter (i.e adapter - dash size - F or M etc).

Im not sure if I could do this with some sort of If command, then data validation or does this need vb programming. I want to try to keep it as simple as possible. I have most of the basic potential matches listed, its just how to apply them based on the users selction in box 1.

any ideas?

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
it does a little but i will have way more than just 2 named ranges, there could be up to five, not sure this will work for more than 2 without being very specific?.
