I've searched the board and found a couple of threads on this topic but I haven't been able to relate them to my problem.

I have a pivot table in Excel 2007 where I have 2 items in my row labels. They are Store Description and Item Description.

What I would like to do is expand the entire selection and then print a new page after each "Store Description". The number of Item Descritions under each stoter description ganges from 50 to 70.

I could do this by manually setting page breaks but there are approximately 400 Store Descriptions in the table.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Not sure if this is still an issue for you but I had run accross a similar situation. This is actually fairly simple to do but not in the most intuitive location.

From your pivot table, with the "PivotTable Field List" on the right
  1. Select the Row Label that you would like to represent the page break (Store Description) and using the drop down select "Field Settings"
  2. The second tab says "Layout & Print", Select that.
  3. The last item, "Insert page break after each item" is a check box.
