Dynamic range to auto sort descending?

Hi all,

I have 3 columns of data that is being charted in a bar chart.


Column A is a range of labels with 30 cells, which through offset populates only the top ten combined of the other two columns B and C which are numbers also 30 but top 10 of each comes first the other 20 show up as NA. Headed uptop by a year label. How can I get these numbers to sort descending so the chart will pull the largest number to the left first?
