Dynamically filling and then adding/deleting data from ListBoxes on VBA Userform HELP!!!!

This Youtube link almost captures everything I want to do: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFJOIVAVbjQ. I can get my dynamic ListBox selections to display on a worksheet... but I also need to display the selections in the UserForm (in a textbox) and manage the selections in there (e.g. add button, delete button). Managing the selections from the ListBox in the UserForm's textbox (with add/delete buttons) would immediately display the results in the worksheet.

Any direction on this would help.
