i have pasted two links of pictures of excel, please have a look at them so u can understand my problem easily.
in the first image of month MAY, u can see 3 columns, invoice #, party name and address, i have created a data validation of list for party name, there wil be nearly 200 different parties and have put vlookup formulae in address so whatever party i select, it will pick the right address for that party and number of invoices change from month to month for different parties
and now u can the 2nd picture of June in which u can see same party but in this month there r 5 invoices from the same party, i was creating new sheet for the new month of june but the problem is that, i m copying all the address of different parties and pasting them in new sheet of JUNE i m just tired of doing it and also in june month as i said number of invoices changing so i need to copy and paste address for all those number of invoices for the same and i have to do this for all the parties
so please kindly tell me any easy way of doing this so that i can immediately do this. Thank u very very much
