Hi All:

I looked thru tons of posts, but couldn't find an answer to this -

I have a financial statement that is lengthy and I want to give the user the option to hide/unhide the detailed rows of data with the simple click of a button.

In my mind I see it working like a webpage in which you can expand or collapse a menu -- you simply click a button and it shows rows 18-53, click it again and it hides them.

I tried with a macro but couldn't get the same button to alternate between hiding and unhiding the rows.

Thanks in advance

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Excel supports this natively. See Help for group and outline
