Edit chart range in protected worksheet

Hi there. I have a protected worksheet with formulas and charts. I would like ANY user (i.e. I don't specify anyone) to be able to edit the range of the chart without a password, but be unable to view said formulas. The charts are unlocked, so is the data series. Please help!

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Unlock the editable range(s), lock and hide the ranges with the formulaes via (Format Cells dialog=>Protection tab) and then protect the sheet.
