Is there a way to change all references from 2023 to 2024 in all macros within a workbook at the same time?

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
In the VBA Editor: Control+H
Tip: replace the hard-coded numbers with a public constant you declare at the top of one of the modules, next time all you need to change is the constant:
VBA Code:
'Top of any normal module
Public Const REPORTYEAR As Long = 2024
'First Sub is here
