editing formula

I need to edit this formula but I am unable to get the equation to work after editing the values within the equation. See formula:
{=AVERAGE(LARGE(SUBSET(9,OFFSET(O2:O271,LARGE(IF(O2:O271<>0,ROW(O2:O271)-MIN(ROW(O2:O271))),ROW(INDIRECT("1:10"))),0,1)),{1,2,3,4,5}))}
I am trying to change O271 to O295 as my spreadsheet has grown. When I make any change in the formula the {} brackets disappears and the formula no longer works.
How do I get the Brackets back into the formula?

After editing, store the formula with Alt + Enter.

I tried Alt + Enter after editing the formula but it does not give the expected results. All this does is move the cursor down and give me the response in the cell of "VALUE"

Thank you that worked. I wrote the equation a long time ago thinking that I had enough lines, but who knew?
