Elapsed time CSV data conversion

Exported time tracker data is exported as 0.01:38:40 It should be HH:MM:SS. I don't know how to sum the column with the preceeding 0. Any thoughts?

is the first digit a count of the number of days? It would have been nice to see the row with the "0.01:38:40" record?
