Email Contents of Userform

Hi,

I have a userform in my workbook which the user fills in the fields, hits submit and once submit is hit the data is populated into the excel sheet. I want to be able to email the contents of the userform to a group of people when submit is hit. I am looking for help with the code to do this. My work does NOT use Outlook.
