Email excel workbook on a schedule

Hi,

I wish to email a workbook everyday at 4pm to the rest of the team. Currently, the work book is a manual export from account system, I wish to replicate this export by making a query (never use MS query or ODBC).

Once Ive made this query and set it to refresh upon opening I want it automatically emailing every day.

Any help on the email option would be much appreciated.
