Email from excel

I have a list of payments and their due dates. Is there a way that I can get an email few days or few weeks before the due date for a payment reminder?
And also If there are more then one payments due at a specific date, then I get just one email for all the payments instead of geting each email seperatly?

Yes, you need a couple of things:-

1. Some VBA code to detect when an email needs to be sent and to make sure it's sent only once. This depends very much on your worksheet.
2. Some VBA code to get the data you want from the worksheet, then create and send an email. The method is described here: http://www.rondebruin.nl/mail/change.htm.
