Hi,

I've got an excel sheet and a vba code that suppose to send an email automatically as soon as you open the file (by workbook open sub).

The problem is that I need to "enable macro" before.

Is there any way to enable it automatically, so as soon as I (or someone else) open the excel file this will run automatically ?

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Yea well,
The thing is that I would like to send it to my gf (so she'll open the file) and I can't know what type of security level she's using.
I prefer that she won't change her settings for that...

Any other suggestions ?

Thanks.

Can you get her to save the workbook in a Trusted location?

It's not the kind of surprise I'd like ... a file that fires a macro to send an email automatically ... imagine the mayhem that could cause.

Still, if there's a way doing that somehow.. I would love to have it though
